  Clothing is overpriced. Nothing fits correctly, except the bras. That's the only reason I shop here, and even that may change. They were recently holding a "Try a pair of jeans and get $10 off any purchase" event. The sales associate helped me with the fitting room, talked with me about the clothes I was trying (which included three pairs of jeans!), and even visited the dressing room asking me how it was going. When I was done, I went to the register with my bra (refer to my previous statement: the jeans never fit right), and the same associate rings me up. She gets half way through the transaction, I have already swiped my card, and I ask about the $10 promotion. She gives me a blank stare, hours a few buttons on the register, the receipt kicks out, and she tells me it is too late to do anything. I ask about returning and reselling and she gives me a big sob sorry about how that's really difficult and time consuming (I worked retail, I know it's not THAT bad). The manager is standing there watching this whole thing go down and offers no assistance. I leave and call corporate customer service where they tell me I have to take it up with the manager and there is nothing they can do. If I could give zero stars for service, I absolutely would. Will NOT be back.

  Staff was not helpful. The Newington, NH store's staff was much more helpful when it came to customer service and checking other stores or a particular item. My girlfriend had two bras transferred from the salem, nh store during a sale. She was told that the sale price would be honored when she picked them up. This was not the case when she picked them up in Kittery as they would not honor the sale price.

  Great customer service the woman at the counter saved me 60+ dollars on a bill that should have been over 200$ I highly recommend this place if you have larger breasts and have a hard time finding bras. They usually have plenty of H and G cup sizes and if they don't they can order it and ship it right to the store or your home!
